Frequently Asked Questions
How do we create our wedding scent?
You can book an appointment in one of our stores where one of our scent-ologists will guide you through the process which takes about 30 min per person. Alternatively, you can go through the process from home with our At-Home Customization Experience (with optional scent-ologist virtual consult), a 3-step process that takes approx. 10 days.
Can we gift our fragrance to guests as favors?
Yes! We can bottle your custom wedding scent in travel or mini sizes for favors, and design personalized labels so your guests take home a keepsake as unique as your celebration.
What’s included in the Scent Bar experience?
Our scentologists set up a custom blending station either in one of our studios (up to 25 guests) or at your venue. Each guest creates and bottles their own fragrance to take home the same day.
How many people can you host on-site?
Boston, DC, and Dallas locations 30
NYC and Atlanta host up to 45 people.
How far in advance should we book?
For off-site bookings, we recommend reserving at least 2 weeks in advance. Studio spaces may be reserved based on availability.
What other products do you offer?
We offer multiple formats of fragrance including 15mL travel-sized bottles, 50mL bottles as well as body wash, body lotion, reed diffusers, eDiffusers, all customizable.
