Our advisors guide every guest through choosing a base, layering accords, and bottling a finished 50ml fragrance. We bring the materials, the glassware, and the setup. You bring the people.

Everything you need to know before you book.
Our private event spaces hold 16 to 25 guests depending on the studio, and each card above lists its own number. Several locations also offer a full store buyout for up to 45 guests, available on weekdays. For anything larger, we'll bring the experience to your venue instead.
Private events are two hours. We begin within 15 minutes of your group's arrival, so please plan to arrive on time. You're welcome to come early to decorate. Just let us know in advance.
A private area for the duration of your event, the full customization experience guided by our scent advisors, a 50ml personalized fragrance for every guest, and refreshments. Our Classic package includes wine with brie and crackers; Premier upgrades to a full cheese board and adds an exclusive Olfactory NYC scented gift.
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own food and beverage, and outside vendors are permitted. The only restrictions are no hot food and no red drinks, as heat and staining interfere with the scent experience and the space. Non-alcoholic substitutions are always available.
Yes. Our team travels with a complete kit and runs the full experience on location, available in 10ml or 50ml format, and popular for corporate gatherings, bridal parties, and brand activations. Offsite events scale well past our studio capacities.
Custom home diffusers at $40 per guest and custom body products at $22 per guest can be added to any event type. Let us know when you inquire and we'll include them in your quote.
A $250 deposit confirms your date and is deducted from your final balance, and fully refundable if you cancel more than 7 days prior. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. Headcount can be adjusted up to 3 days out; pricing isn't strictly per person, so changes aren't exactly proportional.
Yes, on weekdays. Store closures run $1,500 per hour with a two-hour minimum, plus a $750 setup fee and 10% gratuity, and include 12 custom scents per hour booked. Additional scents are $85 per person. The deposit is 50% of the estimated total, refundable up to 14 days prior.
