Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days, up to 24 hours before the appointment, are eligible for store credit only. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for any refund or credit. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit the VIP Date Night experience without refund or credit but may be accommodated as a standard custom scent appointment, subject to availability.
