How much does it cost? Is it the same price to shop in-store and online?
The in-store process is guided by our Scent-ologists, who help you explore, blend, and bottle your perfume fresh on the spot. The at-home process follows the same 3 steps: Explore, Tinker, and Personalize, but through our Explorer and Tinkerer Boxes, letting you discover and customize your scent at your own pace from home. How do the credits work?
Credits will be auto-applied to the recipient's account, using the email provided at time of purchase, along with their Explorer Box (the first step in the custom scent creation process).
Do they have to pay extra after the kit is purchased?
Nope! The credits they receive as part of the experience cover the entire process.
How long does the process take?
The process takes approximately 10 days and can vary based on location and order timing of Tinkerer Box and full-size fragrance.
What’s included in the $85 experience?
The gift includes our signature Explorer Box, featuring sample vials of our core scents and credits allowing them to purchase a Tinkerer Box, which includes six custom blends of the recipient’s favorite core. They can then redeem and personalize their full-size 50ml custom fragrance.
How does the recipient create their scent?
After exploring their samples, they’ll pick a favorite core scent, try six custom blends in their Tinkerer Box, then select the blend they love most. Once they’ve decided, they can order their custom 50ml bottle online, blended fresh in our NYC studio.
Do they need to send anything back?
No, they get to keep all samples from each step in the process.
Can I send it directly as a gift?
Absolutely. You can ship it directly to the recipient and include a personalized message above or at checkout. We’ll package it beautifully.
